Manager, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance

The Manager of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance serves a key role in facilitating Elevate’s program delivery by ensuring program requirements are captured, and software is developed to meet program needs while overseeing the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance teams. This role collaborates with Elevate management and staff to effectively complete their responsibilities.

The Manager, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance reports to the Director, Technology and Data Services. This position is located in Chicago, Illinois, and is currently Hybrid Remote.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Perform requirements analysis for reporting needs, processes, and shared services integration.
  • Develop actionable plans for Program and Shared Service teams based upon those requirements.
  • Develop Salesforce usage and implementation plan.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance professionals.
  • Create integrated procedures across teams and business units to insure consistent and quality.
  • Develop training materials for the usage of Salesforce.com processes.
  • Perform user acceptance testing for new systems.
  • Update, implement and maintain procedures.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and technology advancements to automate and modernize systems. This includes learning Salesforce.com best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least five (5+) years experience with Business Analysis and Business Process Design
  • Understanding of Salesforce.com Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to give and receive directions and respond to questions in a clear and succinct manner
  • Ability to utilize independent judgment, make decisions and set priorities with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to accuracy along with high attention to detail
  • Ability and understanding to handle confidential matters in a mature and responsible manner
  • Ability to multi-task activities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal skills including collaborative thinking and problem solving

Compensation

The total compensation for this position includes health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.), defined contribution benefit (401k with contribution), professional development, generous paid time off policies, and a flexible schedule. This is an exempt people manager position with a salary range of $85,000 – $115,000, based on experience.
