Multi-Family Energy Savings offers multi-family property owners and public housing authorities with opportunities to save money and energy. From 2012-2021 Elevate worked with ComEd to help their nonprofit customers save energy and money. From 2012-2019 Elevate conducted outreach to nonprofits to help them access the ComEd energy efficiency portfolio. From 2019-2021 Elevate implemented ComEd’s Nonprofit Organizations Offering, which provided eligible nonprofits with free products and incentives for energy efficiency improvements at their properties.
